Dr. Wendy Sue Swanson is transforming how we connect with health information in the digital age. As co-founder and CEO of Wild Health Media, she combines medical expertise with digital innovation to bridge the gap between complex science and public understanding.A physician, bioethicist, and pioneer in healthcare communication, she broke new ground as the first physician blogger for a major U.S. hospital and led digital innovation at Seattle Children's Hospital before driving virtual clinical research innovation at Before Brands (acquired by Nestlé Health Science). An author, TV personality, and digital health expert, she has spent more than two decades translating health information for the public.Through Wild Health Media, she continues her mission of innovation in making health expertise accessible and trustworthy for all given new realities, leveraging technology to deepen connections between medical science and the communities it serves.

Sandeep Patel, PhD
Co-founder & CSO

Dr. Sandeep Patel is an innovator transforming public health and biotechnology. As founding Director of BARDA's Division of Research, Innovation, and Ventures (DRIVe), he deployed over $700M for next-generation health and biosecurity technologies.His impact includes co-founding KidneyX, a $35M+ public-private partnership revolutionizing kidney disease treatment, and leading the Presidential Advancing American Kidney Health Initiative, which enacted a sweeping set of policies to reform the nation’s kidney health. A nanotechnologist by training, Dr. Patel brings deep scientific expertise to complex public health challenges.Honored with the American Society of Nephrology President's Medal and HHS Secretary's Distinguished Service Award, Dr. Patel now applies his strategic innovation expertise as co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Wild Health Media, bridging critical gaps in health communication.
